The City of Keizer has officially received the final results of the November 5, 2024, General Election from the Marion County Clerk’s office. The election included races for Mayor, and Council Positions 1, 2, and 3. The City Council will now formally accept the canvass of election votes at their December 16, 2024 City Council Meeting. The newly elected City Council members will take their oaths of office at the City Council Meeting on January 6, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.

Election Results
 The following candidates have been elected to serve as follows:

• Cathy Clark has been elected as Mayor for a two-year term.
• Marlene Parsons has been elected to Council Position #1 for a four-year term.
• Shaney Starr has been elected to Council Position #2 for a four-year term.
• Kyle Juran has been elected to Council Position #3 for a four-year term.
